Mr. Kamdar, Learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of Respondent No.1-RBI firstly states that the Petitioner has filed a Special Leave Petition being Special Leave Petition No.EC-SCIN01-18048-2025 (e-Filing Number) impugning the order passed by the Estate Officer dated 15 th April 2025, which was filed on 1 st May 2025.

Mr. Kamdar also makes a grievance that copy of this Petition has not been served upon Respondent No.1-Reserve Bank of India. He also invites my attention to the email by which intimation of today's date of hearing was given and points out that there is no annexures to the same. 3.

It is noted that the present Writ Petition has been filed on 14 th May 2025.
