Having heard the parties, it would be appropriate, purely as a pro tem measure, without getting into the merits of the case, to stand over the matter for consideration by the regular Bench on June 11, 2025, until which date, the stay on the demolition granted pursuant to the order dated May 19, 2025, shall continue.
