Learned counsel for the petitioner invited our attention to the averments made in the petition and submits that the challenge in this petition to the recruitment process is on proper grounds. However, we are of the opinion that having regard to the provisions of Chapter III of the Administrative Tribunal Act, it is for the petitioner to approach the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal for the reliefs prayed for in this petition as what is under challenge is the entire recruitment process to the post of Binding Auxiliary. With this liberty to approach the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal and keeping all the contentions open, the writ petition is disposed of.
