We have heard the learned Advocate for the Petitioner. Learned Advocate Shri Dhumal appears on behalf of the Sinhgad Technical Education Society- Respondent No. 7. We find that the issue raised by the Petitioner is identical to the issues brought before this Court by the Petitioners in Writ Petition No. 6765 of 2018 and group of connected matters (Suman Sachin Jain and Others vs. The State of Maharashtra and Others).
