We have heard the learned Advocate for the Petitioner and the learned AGP. The only grievance is that a resubmitted proposal (originally dated 11.10.2024) on 03.01.2025, is pending decision with Respondent No.3.

In view of the above, if the said proposal is still pending, the said Authority shall follow the due procedure laid down in law and decide the said proposal with a reasoned order, within a period of 60 days from today.
