Pursuant to the leave granted by this Court vide order dated 13th June, 2025, the Petition has been amended.

Mr. Limaye, learned Advocate tenders an Affidavit in reply on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1 and 2. He submits that the Proposal has been Laxmi

The Management's request is that Respondent No.3 may follow the due procedure laid down in law to take a decision with regard to the pay fixation of the Petitioner, strictly in accordance with the pay commission recommendations. 3.

In view of the above, this Petition is disposed off with a direction to Respondent No.3 to follow the due procedure laid down in law and carry out the pay fixation of the Petitioner's pay scale within a period of 45 days from today keeping in view that the Petitioner is a 72 years aged retired employee. A reasoned order be passed and the same be communicated to the Management on its email address.
