Ms. Anshu Mehta, the AOR on behalf of the Petitioner, is hereby discharged at her request. Mr. Akhil Maggu has now filed an appearance on behalf of the Petitioner. Mr. Sharma appears on behalf of the Respondent Nos. 1 and 2. 2.

Mr. Akhil Maggu, on instructions, submits that the Petitioner will be presently satisfied if directions are issued to the Respondents to dispose of the Petitioner's representation dated 02 September 2024 for release and cancellation of the bond and eventual release of the bank guarantee within a time-bound manner. He points out that such representation

Mr. Sharma, learned Counsel for the Respondents, states that this representation will be disposed of in accordance with law within four weeks from today i.e. on or before 30 September 2025.

Mr. Sharma's statement is accepted and the concerned Respondents are directed to dispose of the Petitioner's representation dated 02 September 2024 as expeditiously as possible and in any event on or before 30 September 2025. Petitioner's representatives must be heard and a reasoned order must be communicated to the Petitioner on or before 30 September 2025.

All contentions of all parties on merits are left open. 6.

In case the Petitioner is aggrieved, they shall have liberty to take out appropriate steps for seeking redressal. 7.

The Petition is disposed of in the above terms without any costs order.
