Mr. Joshi, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner, submits that the reply filed by the State in the Writ Petition No. 6696 of 2025 has been served upon him. However, no reply has yet been filed in the Writ Petition No. 6698 of 2025. 2.
Ms. Salunkhe, learned AGP appearing for the State submits that she has not yet received the copies of the Interim Applications. 3.
Considering the urgency expressed by Mr. Vijay Dhakne, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant in the Interim Applications, who undertakes to serve copies upon the learned AGP within two days from today, we direct this Writ Petition to be posted again on 24th November, 2025, alongwith the Interim Applications.
