Taking into account the averments made in the interim applications and since the applicant is the successful bidder in the tender which is subject matter of challenge in the instant writ petitions, it is necessary to hear the applicant/proposed intervener. Accordingly, the interim applications are allowed. 3.

Let the necessary amendments be carried out and the applicant be impleaded as party respondent in writ petitions by the learned counsel for the petitioners within a period of one week and serve copy of the amended writ petitions on the respondents. Reverification is dispensed with. 4.

The interim applications are disposed of.

Learned counsel for the newly added respondent prays for and is granted a week' time to file affidavit in reply. 6.
