2.

In this petition, on 28th May 2025, the vacation Court (Coram: Somasekhar Sundaresan, J.) directed purely as a pro tem measure (without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter) that the possession of the piece of land through which a right of way is meant to be created, scheduled for 29th May 2025, would be deferred till tomorrow i.e. 11th June 2025. 3.

A further direction was issued to the Revisional Authority to decide the revision application of the petitioner expeditiously and preferably within four weeks from 4th June 2025. It is the case of the petitioner that the Revisional Authority has now kept the matter for further consideration on 16th June 2025. 4.

In this view of the matter, the limited protection granted by

bipin prithiani p1-wp-6717.25.doc order dated 28th May 2025, is extended till 4th July 2025, obviously without any expressing opinion on the merits of the matter. The period of four weeks from 4th June 2025, indicated in the said order of the vacation Court, expires on 2nd July 2025 and hence, the Revisional Authority is expected to decide the revision application positively before the said date.

5.

List the petition for further consideration on 4th July 2025. 6.

Praecipe stands disposed of.
