This petition is urgently circulated to challenge the order dated 9th May 2025, passed by respondent no.2 for conducting meeting to fill up the post of President of Dapoli Nagar Panchayat. Revision Application to challenge the No Confidence Motion passed against the petitioner is still pending before the State Government. 2.

The post of the President of the Nagar Panchayat cannot be kept vacant. Hence, there is no question of granting of any stay to Page no. 1 of 2

However, since the revision application is still pending, needless to record that any decision taken during the pendency of the revision shall be subject to outcome of the revision before the State Government.

The writ petition to come up before the regular court. 5.
