It is seen from the record that the District Judge at Wai had extended protective orders in the course of hearing the appeal from time to time, until May 7, 2025, on which date the appeal was dismissed. Since the dismissal order coincides with the commencement of the Court Vacation, it would be appropriate to give the Petitioner an opportunity to make his case for interim reliefs before the Regular Bench.

In these circumstances, the protective reliefs enjoyed until May 7, 2025 shall stand extended until June 17, 2025 to enable the Petitioner to move the Regular Bench for appropriate reliefs. The protection shall automatically stand vacated on that date. The Petitioner shall have liberty to approach the Regular Bench to seek such interim arrangements as advised.

All actions required to be taken pursuant to this order shall be taken upon receipt of a downloaded copy as available on this Court's website.
