The grievance of the petitioner is that the appeal filed to challenge the order passed under Section 78-A of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960 is still pending. 2.

Learned AGP has tendered a copy of the order deciding the appeal. A copy of the order is taken on record. The petitioners are permitted to amend the petition to challenge the order passed in the appeal. Amendment to be carried out within three weeks. Page no. 1 of 2

List the petition before the regular court after four weeks. The petitioners are the elected body of the housing society, hence, till next date, the Administrator shall not take charge from the elected body.
