This petition was mentioned yesterday for being listed today urgently in the light of interim order granted by this Court on 30th May 2025, likely to expire by 30th June 2025. It is further brought to the notice of this Court that in the light of the specific observations made in the interim order dated 30th May 2025, Bank of the petitioner society indicated that the account of the petitioner would remain de-freezed only till 23rd June 2025, when the present petition was supposed to be listed.

In view of the above, respondents are granted time of three weeks to file reply affidavits.
