Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that demolition has started even while his Appeal before the Divisional Commissioner against the order dated April 25, 2025 is pending. However, he submits that owing to the onset of rains, the demolition was stopped. He requests until reopening that no further demolition be carried out. 2.
