SHRIKANT SHRINIVAS MALANI Date: 2025.06.12 19:34:29 +0530 DATE : 12th JUNE 2025.

P. C. :

1.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

2.

Admittedly, the petitioner has challenged the impugned order before the Revisional Authority i.e. the Divisional Commissioner, Konkan Division and the revision application is coming up for hearing before the said Authority on 23rd June 2025. The petitioner has also moved an application for interim relief before the said Authority. 3.

In such circumstances, there are no grounds made out for entertaining the present writ petition, in view of pendency of the proceeding before the Revisional Authority. This Court has not made any observations on the merits of the matter, which the petitioner is at liberty to agitate before the Revisional Authority.
