It was put to the Petitioner's Counsel that if an ad-hoc deposit of Rs.1.5 Crores is made, the Court would be inclined to consider defreezing the accounts, to enable the matter to be considered further. 4.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that she would need to take instructions. Liberty to approach the Regular Bench or the Vacation Bench ahead of the next date, should such instructions to be received.
