The challenge in the present petition arises from an order remanding the proceedings to the Registrar. It is noted that, after remand, the petitioner has participated in the proceedings before the Registrar. In view thereof, the petitioner is treated as having waived the right to challenge the order of remand. Accordingly, once the order of remand has been acted upon and implemented, the present petition cannot be entertained.
