A request is made for an adjournment on the ground that the arguing counsel is in some difficulty. Learned counsel for the Petitioners however requested that the statement made by the learned AGP on 30th May 2025 and recorded by this Court to continue further. 2.

Learned AGP is not willing to continue the statement.

We therefore briefly heard the learned counsel for the Petitioners and also perused the impugned order of the Tribunal. We are not inclined to grant the blanket interim relief considering the submissions made by the learned AGP and in the light of the findings of the Tribunal, but we only observe that any promotions made shall be subject to the outcome of this Petition.
