a) In seventh line of paragraph 2, reference to the words 'sale deed' be corrected to read as 'gift deed'.

b) The last sentence of paragraph 5 (page 3), be corrected to read as under:

"Counsel submitted that the Revisional Authority erred in setting aside the findings of the Deputy Registrar."

d) In the first line of paragraph 13, the word 'and the Appellate Authority' be deleted.

e) The last sentence of paragraph 14 be corrected to read as follows :- "The findings of the Deputy Registrar deserve to be restored."

Corrections be carried out in the original order and upload the same as order No.2 in this matter.
