By this Petition, iled under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, the Petitioners challenge order dated 16th February, 2016 passed in the Revision Application No. 15 of 2002 by the Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal, Bench Pune, thereby rejecting delay condonation application iled by the Petitioners. 2.
Heard learned Advocate for the Petitioners, learned Advocates for Respondents and learned AGP for the State.

Order dated 16th February, 2016 is challenged by the Petitioners after a delay of more than 9 years. There is absolutely no explanation of delay caused in iling the present Petition. Though learned Advocate for the Petitioner tried to contend that the order of the MRT was obtained by concealing the material facts by the Respondents, however, neither in the delay condonation application iled before the MRT nor in the present Petition, the Petitioners have explained the delay satisfactorily. 4.
