Learned counsel for the petitioner invited our attention to the relevant documents in the writ petition. We are satisfied that Securitisation Application No. 72 of 2022 needs to be decided expeditiously. The Debt Recovery Tribunal, Mumbai is requested to hear the SA No. 72/2022 as expeditiously as possible and preferably within the period of six months from 14.07.2025. This order be placed on the record of DRT on 14.07.2025.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the appeal has been preferred before the DRAT against the interim order passed by DRT. 3.
