By praecipe bearing today's date the Advocate for the Respondent has sought for extension of the date for disposing of Securitisation Application No.71 of 2022 and Securitisation Application No.72 of 2022 which as per this Court's orders dated 2 July 2025 and 17th September 2025 the DRT-II, Mumbai was to dispose of within a period of 6 months which is ending on 13th January 2026. This in view of a settlement being arrived at between the Respondent and the Petitioner and the Respondent having deposited a sum of Rs.5 crores in both the loan accounts towards the settlement. 3.

This request is also supported by the Petitioner in the above Writ Petitions.

They have jointly requested for extension of the date for disposal of the Securitisation Applications till 25 March 2026. 5.

Accordingly, date for disposal of Securitisation Application No.71 of 2022 and Securitisation Application No.72 of 2022 is extended till 15 March 2026.
