In these disposed of Petitions, this Court on an earlier occasion, i.e., on 6th January 2026 had granted extension of time for the Debt Recovery Tribunal - II, Mumbai to dispose of the pending Securitisation Application No.71 of 2022 and Securitisation Application No.72 of 2022. The extension of time was granted on the ground that the parties were exploring the possibility of settlement.

Today, a joint request is made on behalf of the rival parties for a further extension of time in the light of the fact that the attempted settlement has progressed and if further extension is granted there is a distinct possibility of settlement between the parties. 4.

Since the extended time period expires on 15th March 2026, a joint request is made for extension till 30th April 2026. 5.

In view of the above, the Debt Recovery Tribunal - II, Mumbai is granted extension of time till 30th April 2026 to dispose of Securitisation Application No.71 of 2022 and Securitisation Application No.72 of 2022. 6.

Praecipe is disposed of.
