These petitions were kept for compliance, in the light of earlier orders passed by this Court, directing the DRT to dispose of the Securitisation Applications in a time bound manner. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in the meanwhile, before the DRT, the parties have amicably settled their dispute, as a consequence of which, the pending Securitisation Applications were disposed of as per consent terms and even the pending interim applications were also disposed of.
