These petitions were kept for compliance, in the light of earlier orders passed by this Court, directing the DRT to dispose of the Securitisation Applications in a time bound manner. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in the meanwhile, before the DRT, the parties have amicably settled their dispute, as a consequence of which, the pending Securitisation Applications were disposed of as per consent terms and even the pending interim applications were also disposed of. Copies of orders dated 24.04.2026 passed in Securitisation Application by BIPIN DHARMENDER PRITHIANI Date: 2026.05.05 14:45:36 +0530 BIPIN DHARMENDER PRITHIANI Nos.71 of 2022 and 72 of 2022 are tendered. The same are taken on record and marked 'X', collectively.

In view of the above, no further orders are necessary in these petitions.
