(i) The impugned order dated 13.02.2025 passed by Respondent No.1 is hereby quashed and set aside.

(ii) Respondent No.1 is directed to issue notification for constituting two (02) independent separate Village Panchayats at Nagobachiwadi and Daradwadi for division of Respondent No.3 Village Panchayat, Kharda, Ta.
