We find that the petitioner has filed Intervention Application before the Hon'ble Revenue Minister which is at page 21 of the paper-book. We request the Hon'ble Revenue Minister to decide the Intervention Application expeditiously. We have not made any observations on the maintainability, merits or otherwise of the Intervention Application. The objection of the respondents to the maintainability or otherwise of the Intervention Application is concerned, we request the Hon'ble Revenue Minister to decide on its own merits.
