At the outset, Mr. Rui Rodrigues learned counsel for the Respondent No.1-University of Mumbai seeks time to take instructions and file his reply.

Ms. Meena Doshi learned counsel for the Respondent No.2-College admits that the Petitioner has completed B.Sc.

course with good marks and a provisional mark-sheet is issued to him. She also seeks time to file a detailed reply. 3.

Ms. Sanskruti Yagnik learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner submits that last date for submitting the applications for the M.Sc. course is today, i.e., 3rd June 2025 upto 6:00 pm.

Considering the urgency and in order to prevent loss of one academic year in the career of the Petitioner, the Respondent No.1-Mumbai University is directed to permit the Petitioner to apply for the M.Sc. Course on a provisional marksheet. The application for M.Sc. course along with other documents are to be uploaded on the website of Mumbai University.

It is the apprehension of the Petitioner that the provisional mark-sheet will not be accepted on-line. In these circumstances, the Respondent No.1 is directed to accept

physical copy of the application along with documents including provisional mark-sheet of the Petitioner. 6.

Needless to state that admission is subject to the outcome of the present Petition and it is only a temporary arrangement.

Needless to state that the Petitioner will not claim equities on the basis of this interim arrangement. 8.

List the Petition before the regular Court.
