Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the respondent No.1 and learned AGP for respondent Nos.2 and 3. 2.

Petitioner to serve a copy of the petition on counsel for respondent No.1 and AGP for respondent Nos. 2 and 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner during the course of the argument submitted that he is seeking a limited relief to decide the representation which he has made to respondent No.1 on 14.01.2024 which is at page 107 of the paper-book. However, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that inadvertently the same has been addressed to the advocate for the Municipal Council, Khopoli and be treated as representation to the Chief Officer of the Municipal Council, Khopoli.

Learned counsel for the Municipal Council submitted that the Amk 1/2

18-wp 6905-25.doc Industrial Court has dismissed the Complaint (ULP) No. 187 of 2013 filed by the petitioner.

We permit the petitioner to prefer a fresh representation to respondent No.1-Municipal Council. Upon such representation is made, it is open for respondent No.1 to take the said representation to its logical conclusion, after considering the decision in Complaint (ULP) No. 187 of 2013.

The petition is disposed of.
