The Petitioner prays that his representation dated 24th October, 2024 be considered on its merits. 2.

The learned AGP has taken instructions and submits that the case of the Petitioner would be considered as per the directions issued by this Court in paragraph nos.31 (a to d) of the judgment dated 29th April, 2022 delivered in Writ Petition No.1596 of 2021 filed by Vikram Bawajya Valvi and Ors. v/s. The State of Maharashtra through its Secretary and Anr.

The representation shall be considered within a period of 45 days from today. It is clarified that when the Petitioner's turn comes, his case would be processed strictly in view of the above guidelines of this Court set out in Vikram Bawajya Valvi and Ors. (supra).

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner is satisfied and this Petition can be disposed off in the light of the statement made by the learned AGP. 5.
