In this Petition the Petitioner prays for a direction to the Respondent No.2 to withdraw and or cancel the impugned order dated 6th December 2024 with further directions to issue fresh Caste Certificate as belonging to Koli Mahadev, Scheduled Tribe pursuant to law laid down by Aurangabad Bench of this Court in Prakash Subhash Bhople vs. Deputy Collector (General), Latur and ors.1 Writ Petition No.4536 of 2014 decided on 14th August 2014. Mr. Kakade, learned Additional Government Pleader for the Respondents states that the procedure for applying for a corrected certificate has changed and now online application needs to be made for the correction of certificate. Mr. Kakade states that if such an application is made for getting a corrected certificate, the same shall be duly considered. The Petitioner accordingly to make an online application in the prescribed format for getting the corrected copy of the Caste Certificate. If such an application is made, the same be considered expeditiously. 4.

The Writ Petition is disposed of.
