Having heard the learned Advocate for the Petitioner and having found that he has no locus to bring this Petition to the Court, for the cause of seeking quashment of the Pavitra portal selection process, the learned Advocate for the Petitioner sought a pass over to take instructions.

After taking instructions, he submits that the Petitioner is willing to donate an amount of Rs.20,000/- to the Advocates Association of Bombay High Court at Aurangabad within a period of two weeks. With this, he prays for leave to withdraw this Petition, as he desires to approach the learned Joint Charity Commissioner in the pending proceedings to voice his grievance.

In view of the above, this Petition is disposed off as withdrawn on instructions. If the Petitioner approaches the learned Joint Charity Commissioner at Latur, all contentions of all the stakeholders are kept open.
