CORAM : MILIND N. JADHAV, J.

:
1.
Petition was listed before me by filing a praecipe dated 29.07.2025 by stating that there is an apprehension about Respondent - Corporation conducting a Board Meeting to recruit new employees. Grievance of Petitioners is that they are partly aggrieved by the judgment & order dated 10.10.2024 passed by the Industrial Court which has been assailed in the present Petition denying continuation of service. According to Petitioners, they have worked for more than 15 years with Corporation.
2.
Today when the Petition is called out for hearing, no one is present. There is a conditional order passed on 21.03.2025 which gives two weeks' time to remove office objections. Once again the same order was reiterated on 24.03.2025.
