What is under challenge in this petition is a notice dated 07.02.2025 issued by the Tahasildar, Niphad. It is open for the petitioner to appear before the Tahasildar, Niphad and respond to the same notice. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to appear before the Tahasildar. 3.

In this view of the matter, as the petitioner would be appearing before the Tahasildar, Niphad, the notice issued by the Tahasildar would be taken into consideration in accordance with law after hearing the petition.

In this view of the matter, the writ petition is allowed to be withdrawn on instructions.
