Retiral benefits of respondent no.1 have been withheld. The petitioner/BSNL has been unsuccessful before the learned Central Administrative Tribunal. Since the issue pertains to retiral benefits of respondent no.1, we grant conditional interim relief in the nature of directing the petitioner to deposit whatever amount is due to respondent no.2 towards retiral benefits within a period of six weeks from today.
