At the outset, learned counsel for the Petitioners seeks leave to amend the cause title, i.e., the name of the Petitioner No.2. Leave granted. Amendment to be carried out forthwith during the course of the day.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

By this Petition, the Petitioners essentially seeks a direction to the Respondent No.2-Tahsildar, Taluka-Uran, District-Raigad to decide the Petitioner's Application/Representation dated 21st February 2024, which is annexed at Exhibit 'A' to the Petition, expeditiously and in a time bound period.

Learned AGP, on instructions, states that the TahsildarRespondent No.2 will decide the Petitioner's Application, as expeditiously as possible and in any event, within four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Statement accepted. 5.

In view of the aforesaid, nothing survives for further consideration in the Petition.

The Petition stands disposed of accordingly.

Needless to state, that we have not heard the Petition on merits and as such, keep all contentions of all the parties on merits open.
