Mr. Drupad Patil, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner has placed on record a photograph showing the JCB, which is at the door of his premises for demolishing his gas godown which has been there for the past 50 years. 4.

List on 13th June 2025.

In view of the urgency and likely demolition, the statusquo be maintained in respect of the gas godown of the Petitioner till the next date.
