Mr Karan Adik a/w Ms. Sangeeta Yadav for the Respondents. ______________________________________________________ CORAM : M.S. Sonak & Jitendra Jain, JJ.

DATED : 6 August 2025 PC:- 1.

Learned counsel for the parties point out that this matter was posted on 13 August 2025. The petitioner has filed an affidavit in this matter.

2.

On perusing the same, we note that the same inspires no confidence whatsoever. The petitioner, who is a Chartered Accountant, has prima facie chosen to conceal more than what he has disclosed in the affidavit. The entire attempt is to keep his correct financial position away from the Court. 3.

At the request of the learned counsel for the parties, we now post this matter on 20 August 2025 for 'Directions/ Disposal.'

4.

Besides another reason for adjourning the matter is because the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks some time to obtain instructions as to the amount which the

We clarify that we have not granted any interim relief in this matter and, therefore, show cause notices, which have been issued to the petitioner and about 30 others, can proceed irrespective of pendency of this petition. (Jitendra Jain, J) (M.S. Sonak, J.)
