Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the Petition with liberty file an application for restoration of the S.A. No.23 of 2024 before the Debt Recovery Tribunal (for short "DRT").

The petition is allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of with liberty to file an application for restoration of the S.A. No.23 of 2024 before the DRT. If such an application is filed, the same shall be considered on its own merits. 3.

It is made clear that we have not made any observations on the merits of the case.
