By way of present Petition, the Petitioner seeks quashing of the notice dated 14th May 2025 issued by the Respondent No.3. We have perused the impugned notice.

Mr. Pable, learned AGP representing all the Respondents states that the Petitioner has not replied to the impugned notice and if he replies to the same and produces the royalty receipts before the authorities, they will take decision in 6th June 2025

The Petition is thus, disposed off in view of the aforesaid statement.

Needless to state that the Petitioner shall be at liberty to assail any such decision taken by the Respondents if he is aggrieved by the same by filing appropriate proceedings in that regard.
