Mr. Sidheshwar Biradar, learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent Nos. 3 and 4, submits that this Writ Petition has been filed being aggrieved by the rejection of the interim prayer made by the Petitioner. However, during the pendency of the Writ Petition, the main Appeal itself has been dismissed by the Divisional Joint Registrar against which order, the Petitioner has filed a Writ Petition before the Singh Judge. As such, this Writ Petition has become infructuous.
