Heard learned counsel for Petitioner.

It is the case of the Petitioner that the individual approval to the appointment of the Petitioner has already been recommended by the Respondent No.5-Education Officer. The Respondent No.4-Deputy Director of Education by communication dated 9th September, 2024 pointed out certain deficiencies to the Respondent No.7-Management in the proposal forwarded for including the name of Petitioner in Shalarth Pranali by alloting Shalarth I.D..

The deficiencies pointed out in the communication, which is at page 44, was duly rectified by Respondent No.7. 4.

Learned counsel for Petitioner submits that the Respondent No.4Deputy Director of Education has not taken any decision on the proposal for allotting the Shalarth I.D. for releasing salary through online mode of payment, though the deficiencies have been complied. 5.

The Petition can be disposed off by directing the Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad to forward the compliance by the Management to the deficiencies communicated by Respondent No.4Deputy Director, if not already forwarded. 6.

The Respondent No.4-Deputy Director of Education to take appropriate decision for grant of Shalarth I.D. on the basis of the approval granted by the Respondent No.5-Education Officer to the appointment of the Petitioner on its own merits, within a period of eight weeks.

Petition is allowed in the aforesaid terms.
