The petitioners suffered an order in Rasta Case No.68 of 2023 passed by Tahsildar. They impugned the said order by filing revision application No.94 of 2025 before the Sub Divisional Officer at Shirdi. So also filed an application seeking stay to the execution of order passed by Tahsildar. Learned Sub Divisional Officer, Shirdi declined to grant stay and posted matter for final hearing on 18.06.2025. Ms. Ansari submits that there is apprehension that order dated 02.01.2025 passed by Tahsildar in Rasta Case No.68 of 2023 would be executed in view of rejection of petitioners' application for grant of stay during pendency of revision application before the Sub Divisional Officer.

In that view of the matter, issue notice to respondents, returnable on 07.07.2025. It is made clear that issuance of notice in present writ petition would not be impediment for learned Sub Divisional Officer to consider and finally decide the pending Revision Application No.94 of 2025.
