Heard Mr. Gangakhedkar, learned advocate appearing for petitioners.

The petitioners impugn the order condoning the delay of six years in filing revision application challenging the order of granting ownership certificate in favour of petitioners under the provisions of Section 38-E of Hyderabad Tenancy and Agricultural Lands Act, 1950.

Mr. Gangakhedkar submits that by one line order, the delay is condoned. According to him, the very revision application was not maintainable under law. In that view of matter, the order impugned is liable to be quashed and set aside. 4.
Considering the submissions advanced, issue notice to respondents, returnable on 29.07.2025. Learned AGP waives notice for respondent nos.1 and 2.

Till then, there shall be ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (C).
