The present Writ Petition takes exception to order dated 08.05.2025 passed by Respondent No. 1 - Deputy Collector, Hingoli in case no. Pr.Kr.2024/GA/Appeal/LR/TNC/KAVI-197 whereby application to condone delay of six years in filing revision has been allowed. 2.

The perusal of impugned order shows that it is passed on roznama. There is absolutely no reason whereby Authority has satisfied itself about existence of sufficient cause to condone delay. It is not discernible from order that Authority has applied mind to reasons given in support of prayer to condone delay or rival contentions of parties are considered on this aspect. The order is one line and cryptic in nature, which cannot be countenanced in law. 3.

In result, Writ Petition is partly allowed. Impugned order dated

965-WP-7124-2025.odt 08.05.2025 passed in Appeal No. Pr.Kr.2024/GA/Appeal/LR/TNC/KAVI-197 is quashed and set aside. The matter is relegated back to concerned Authority for reconsideration in accordance with law. All contentions are kept open to be raised before concerned Authority.
