Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

The challenge in this petition is to an order dated 19th March 2024 passed by the learned Judge, Court of Small Causes, whereby a notice taken out by the defendant no. 13 for inspection of original documents came to be rejected.

The learned Judge has explicitly recorded that inspection of documents was already provided to defendant no. 13. A stand was taken before the learned Judge that the inspection was provided another advocate for defendant no. 13. Suffice to note inspection is varsha
