Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. Our attention is invited by the learned counsel for the petitioners to the order dated 13.06.2022 passed by the 4th Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Kolhapur, wherein it has been recorded that the entry of conversion from tenure I to tenure II should not have been made. Consequently the application at Exhibit - 428 made before the trial Court was allowed. It was Digitally signed by SAJAKALI LIYAKAT JAMADAR Date:

The learned counsel for the petitioners raises a grievance that the application was made by the Petitioners for effecting necessary corrections in the records before the Tahsildar, Karveer, Taluka Karveer as far back as in 2020. It is submitted that despite specific directions of the Civil Court for effecting necessary corrections, the Tahsildar Karveer is not taking any steps to make the necessary corrections. 3.

Our attention is invited to the application at Page - 83 of the paper book. We find the request of the learned counsel for the petitioners to decide the application reasonable. The Tahsildar Karveer, District Kolhapur, is directed to decide the application which is at Page - 83 of the paper book as expeditiously as possible on its own merits and in any case within a period of eight weeks from the date when this order is placed on the record.
