We have gone through the averments made in the petition. In the facts and circumstances of the present case, we are satisfied that the present petition can be disposed of by directing respondent No.1 to consider and decide the representation of the petitioners dated 02.09.2024 in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of 12 weeks from 28.07.2025. The petitioners to appear before respondent No.1 on 28.07.2025 at 11.00 a.m. along with copy of this order.
