We have gone through the averments made in the petition. In the facts and circumstances of the present case, we request to respondent No.1 to decide the appeal filed by the petitioners as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of 12 weeks from 28.07.2025. The petitioners to appear before respondent No.1 on 28.07.2025 at 11.00 a.m. along with copy of this order. The petitioners to co-operate with hearing of the appeal and shall not ask for any unnecessary adjournment. 3.
