It is submitted before this Court that during pendency of the appeal no.19 of 2024 before the School Tribunal, interim order dated 16.12.2024 was passed, whereby petitioner was permitted to sign on salary bills of teaching and non-teaching staff of respondent no.2-School and make correspondence with guidelines of respondent no.3 till 31.12.2024. The same arrangement to continue till the returnable date.
